Microneedling & Hair Restoration

Microneedling is a procedure that involves using fine needles, mounted on a roller, to treat common skin issues. Treatment is commonly used to improve the appearance of wrinkles, facial acne, and scars, sunspots, stretch marks and also can be used to promote hair growth. During treatment, the needles are rolled across the skin to create tiny puncture marks. The body reacts by speeding up elastin and collagen production to rebuild the skin, improving its overall health and appearance.

A gel glide is used to protect against abrasion and friction during the treatment.

Not recommended on patients who: have active skin cancer, open wounds, allergy to stainless steel or anesthetics, pregnant or nursing, have a bleeding disorder, or currently on medications such as isotretinoin (Accutane).

For more visible and dramatic results it is best if used with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). Aloe Vera and Hyaluronic Acid Serum are also available.
